Alternative Dispute Settlement Conference – Lebanon

The Alternative Dispute Settlement Conference, Lebanon (ADSC) is an annual gathering of legal professionals, mediators, arbitrators, academics, and business leaders committed to advancing the practice and culture of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Lebanon and across the MENA region and the World.

Launched by International Council in 2025, ADSC aims to become a leading platform for dialogue, training, and innovation in conflict resolution, including mediation, arbitration, conciliation, and other non-judicial settlement tools.

As Lebanon navigates legal reform, business transformation, and rising demand for effective dispute mechanisms, ADSC offers a timely and essential space to rethink justice, resolve conflict efficiently, and build public-private trust through modern settlement methods.

Each year, ADSC will host:

  • Keynote Speakers: Renowned international and regional figures in arbitration, mediation, and judicial reform
  • Panel Discussions: Engaging sessions on hot topics like promoting institutional arbitration, AI in ADR, investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS), construction disputes, online mediation, ADR in public contracts, cross-cultural issues in ADR and more
  • Workshops & Trainings: Hands-on sessions led by certified trainers and institutions
  • Case Studies: Lessons from real arbitration and mediation experiences
  • Networking: Meet professionals, students, and policymakers shaping the future of conflict resolution
